Today’s post is Happy Nuts Anti-Chafe Comfort Stick Review. Chaffing can occur from regular everyday activities or exercise. A cream or anti-chaffing stick protects and lubricates the skin, decreasing friction.
Happy Nuts recently launched its Anti-Chafe Comfort Stick and sent it to me for review.

How Well Does It Work? My Experience
I occasionally have chafing problems. It is not a recurring problem, but it does happen once in a while. Despite this, I used this on the thighs and heels of my feet.
Right away, I loved that it was unscented. I also loved the ingredients, which seemed pretty natural overall. I also appreciated how the product is easily applied to the skin and is not greasy or oily.
After applying the product, slickness is definitely present. The product is not greasy; it has more of a clear, powdery, dry feel to it if you know what I mean. After about ten minutes, the product can noticeably not feel as slick as it once did. The skin does feel slightly slicker, but barely. Maybe this is absorbed into the skin.
I wouldn’t say this is an aggressive anti-chafing product but more of a lighter, more natural formula.
Where Can You Use It?
Most chafing occurs on the inner thighs due to prolonged exercise or obesity. So, the inner thigh is where you would use this mainly. That being said it, it could applied anywhere else you have you experience chafing.
I stand on my feet for 10 hours on concrete. So, yeah…my feet have calluses—especially my heels. I have been applying this Anti-Chafe Stick to my feet and have noticed an overall improvement in comfort and softening of the skin.

Pros & Cons
PROS
- Great ingredients. A lot of natural ingredients.
- Easy to apply.
- Softens skin and hard calluses.
- Unscented. I love this, as you don’t need a scent for an anti-chafe stick.
- Small compact size and can easily be thrown into a purse, fanny pack, back pack.
- Non-greasy formula.
- Vegan formula.
- Doesn’t stain clothes.
CONS
- It is hard to find the list of ingredients. I couldn’t find them on their website or Amazon. I had to break out the readers and squint a lot. Yeah, I’m getting older.
- Anti-chaffing properties seem to dissipate quickly or be absorbed into the skin. Might need to reapply often.

This is normally outside my wheelhouse, as I don’t regularly experience chafing, but I thought I would give my analytical skills to the test.
