Primal Life Organics Stick Up Deodorant comes in two sizes: a 3-month size of 3 oz and a 1-month size of 0.75 oz. They also come in 5 different scents. I would consider a soft/medium-density deodorant that comes in an eco-friendly container that is completely biodegradable. So, the packaging is completely plastic-free.

With a name with organics in the title, you better have great ingredients. Right?

And they do as they have certified organic ingredients (see below). Their deodorants are also baking soda-free, which many people have a bad skin reaction to. Their deodorant containers are also biodegradable and don’t contain plastic.

My Experience Using Primal Life & Thoughts

Scents

I like all of the scents from Primal, and there is not a bad scent out of the bunch. My favorite scents out of the five deodorants are White Coconut, Vanilla Matcha, and Black Rogue. The scents are unisex, so there should be no problem with anyone wearing them.

All of the scents smell very clean and natural. I hate using products that use fragrance oils that are man-made instead of essential oils. The scents do not project; they stay close to the skin. The scents seem to fade around the 6- to 8-hour mark, but the odor protection is still there doing its work.

Performance

Strong protection!!! I’ve been using this deodorant on and off for two weeks during the beginning of July here in the Midwest, and it’s been hot. I easily get 24-hour odor protection when I use this. This will stop the stink for sure. I’ve only tested this out over a 24-hour period, but maybe it is longer.

As mentioned above, the scent will fade over time, but it will still protect you long after the scent is gone.

Quality Ingredients

I looked through all the ingredients and didn’t see any harmful ingredients, plus I saw almost all of the ingredients are Certified Organic. They live up to their name and provide top-of-the-line ingredients.

No baking soda is used either. Some people have a reaction to baking soda, and it looks like Primal Life has found other ingredients to use instead.

Overall – Pretty Freaking Great

Quality ingredients. Amazing odor protection. Quality scents. The trifecta.

• Organic ingredients. Every plant-based product in their ingredients is Certified Organic.
• This is a skin scent. I prefer having a deodorant with a skin scent as the scent stays close to your skin and doesn’t let everyone in your public space know you are wearing deodorant.
• The scents are very natural, smelling, and pleasant.
• Two different sizes of deodorants to choose from (0.75 oz (1 month) & 3 oz.(3 months)). Great for people looking to try and explore a new deodorant. As the smaller size is cheaper in price. It’s a great way to explore without the full price tag.
• No baking soda.
• Plastic-free container!!! Great container that is biodegradable and eco-friendly. I love this kind of container even though it is slightly less easier to use than plastic containers.
• Easy to apply. A couple of swipes under each arm, and you are done.
• Vegan.
• Paleo
• Cruelty-free.
• Gluten-free.
• Baking soda free.

• I get a full 24 hours of odor protection when I use this product. For being natural this is great.

Cons

• Kind of a soft/medium deodorant. Softer deodorants usually don’t last as long as hard-density deodorants, and you must buy them more often.
• Deodorant is kind of pricey for a stick of deodorant.

How Does This Compare To Other Natural Deodorants?

This good-quality deodorant performs well, but the price is on the high side. As far as other matters are concerned, it ranks right up there with the best deodorants being sold. I will post some other great deodorants below that I really enjoyed.
